Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 2 tsp garlic
  • 1 lb ground turkey hormone and antibiotic free
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 4 cups cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large pan to medium high heat. Add oil and turkey and use a wooden spoon to break up the meat. Add seasonings and cook until browned. Add chopped onion and continue to mix until onion is soft.
  • Once turkey is cooked add cabbage and carrots and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Once softened, add soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss well. Sprinkle sesame seeds in at the end if you have it on hand and chopped scallion!
