coconut oil

applesauce
I used 1/2 mashed banana and that works well too!

sugar

cooked quinoa
1/2
cup
unsweetened cocoa mix

flour

tsp
baking powder
1/4
cup
mini chocolate chips
and some more on top :)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F Mix eggs through brown sugar together in a medium bowl.
Add flour and baking powder with cocoa in a separate bowl and mix well
Add wet ingredients to the dry and then mix in the chocolate chips. Add the water but mixture will be on the dryer side!
Line muffin tin or use baking spray. Fill tins and bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
