Carrot Cake Oatmeal Overnight Oats
A nice recipe for a hot morning breakfast on the go or perfect as a cold desert breakfast on a hot summer morning 🙂
Equipment
- 1 Mason Jar 8oz or larger
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup almond milk unsweetened if possible
- .5 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cream cheese whipped
- 1/4 cup carrots finely shredded
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 tbsp raisins
Instructions
- Add all ingredients together in a mason jar and stir well (The cream cheese takes a bit of time to combine so be patient
- Add lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight! Enjoy!
