Leftover Thanksgiving Salad

There are so many versions of this you can’t go wrong! What I like about this particular one is that I have all of the flavors of thanksgiving in a 300 calorie meal. I’m sure you have all of these things leftover as well. I encourage you to use your own variety but heres mine!

Ingredients:

2 cups of lettuce mix (I added shredded carrots and cabbage here as well)

2 tbsp. balsamic vinegarette of choice

2 oz turkey

1/2 avocado

2 tbsp. craisins

1/2c cubed pumpkin (you can use sweet potato here if thats what you have)

1/4c roasted beets
