1/4cupraisinspacked (i've used craisins in the past but I like raisins better. You choose!)
Instructions
Mix together dry ingredients (oats, seasonings, salt)
Mix wet ingredients (eggs, milk, pumpkin and sugar)
Fold in the raisins
Spray two smaller 8-10 inch square pans with baking/cooking spray
Add the mixture to each tin
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until toothpick is dry

I saran wrap leftover squares and put them in a freezer safe bag (see video). Now we have hot breakfast any time of the week even if we're running out the door!
I eat one of these very warm with some plain non-fat greek yogurt. It's delicious. And nutritious.
