No Bake Chocolate Chip Cookies
Using dates for sweetener and texture makes this delicious treat sinful YET fibrous :) Have it as a treat or dip it into greek yogurt for a healthy breakfast

Ingredients

dates
pitted, chopped

almond flour
1/2

vanilla extract
Sprinkle
sea sealt

tbsp
mini chocolate chips
Instructions
First add pitted dates to a blender and pulse until little bits remain
Add flour and vanilla and pulse to combine
Scoop out 1 tbsp and roll into a ball. Press with your fingers until it resembles a disk shape
Top with tiny chocolate chips and a sprinkle of sea salt
