No Bake Chocolate Chip Cookies

Using dates for sweetener and texture makes this delicious treat sinful YET fibrous 🙂 Have it as a treat or dip it into greek yogurt for a healthy breakfast

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup dates pitted, chopped
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Sprinkle sea sealt
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • First add pitted dates to a blender and pulse until little bits remain
  • Add flour and vanilla and pulse to combine
  • Scoop out 1 tbsp and roll into a ball. Press with your fingers until it resembles a disk shape
  • Top with tiny chocolate chips and a sprinkle of sea salt
