Green Goddess Chicken Skewers

Ingredients

Instructions
Add the first 5 ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Use a small blender or food processor.
Mix marinade with the chicken and let it sit at least 30 minutes or up to 2 days
wet skewers to soften them
add tomato, chicken piece, tomato until around 5 pieces of chicken
heat grill and use grilling spray
cook about 3-5 minutes on each side
pair it with an ear of corn and roasted squash or throw into a salad of garden veggies
