Either 3 bags of slaw mix or shred all the veggies stated above
In a large bowl add dressing (oil through hot sauce)
Toss in your shredded veggies, chopped jalapeno and red onion (optional), mango and fresh cilantro or parsley!
This salad is a great side item to many grilled favorites, OR if you want this as your main I suggest adding 1/2 avocado and 4oz of protein like tofu or grilled chicken
