THIS WEEKS NUTRITION TIPS

Need some motivation? Here are my weekly tips! I wrote about apples last week but there's still SO MUCH to talk about.
  1. Adult Beverages: Jack Daniels Honey with a cube of ice. All you need is a couple ounces to help you sink better into the couch with a good netflix movie.
  2. Thinner Dinner: Try my Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan. Light on the cheese, heavy on the flavor and goes GREAT with the kinda rain we're having here.
  3. Healthy Dessert: Greek yogurt (Fage total full fat), apple butter and some crunchy granola. At almost 20g of protein this should satisfy your cravings!

Apples

Apples are a girls best friend!

For one, they play a large role in heart health (and lets face it, we could all use some heart help!)

The high amounts of potassium linked with winning antioxidant catechin can lower risks of heart disease, improve your brain and muscle function and aid in WEIGHT LOSS!

Not to mention, they're KINDA pretty! I love using these as my dining room decor during the fall. (Hey when you go apple picking what else are you doing with 25lbs of apples?)

Fact: Coffee tastes better after a workout!

This weeks challenge, after you wake up get into at least 5-10 minutes of a stretch class or mindful meditation. You can find simple workouts like this on YouTube!

After you get some motivation you may end up kicking into a sweat session you didn't even know you had in you!
