STRING BEANS

One cup of string beans has 30 calories and it's a great source of some fat soluble vitamins and iron! Also, they're delicious.

Eat these raw with salt, steam with a little butter in the microwave or sauté with a little oil and lots of fresh ginger. They'll be addicting in no time

See this pose? Do this pose, every morning for 5 minutes and just breathe in and out. Breathe in in 5 counts. Exhale for 10 counts. Repeat.

RECIPE OF THE WEEK

Put those green beans to the test! Read my crack green bean recipe. It's originally my mother in-laws recipe and it's delicious. Makes me keep going back for more (but in this case it's a good thing)
