- Say YES to Margarita's but order it like this. Sub grand mariner for triple sec, easy on the simple syrup and extra lime! Don't forget the salt....it's hydrating...
- Get into DIFFERENT salads. Try my Spicy Watermelon Feta salad below (yes, watermelon AND spicy). Add a large salad to your meals to help hydrate you during the heat and absorb all those vitamins you're missing!
- Need a good dessert? Try Yasso frozen yogurt pops mint chocolate chip. You can buy a large amount of them at Costco for a fraction of the price. At 100kcal a pop, you're in good hands.

Did you know that watermelon packs a LOT of Vitamin C? That, coupled with its water content makes it a hydrating disease fighter!

Try combining watermelon, spinach, lots of ice and basil and blending a delicious hydrating juice! Need a boost of iron in your body? Did you know that Vitamin C mixed with IRON (from spinach) will help absorb the iron into your body even better??? Try some of my juice and smoothie recipes.
