THIS WEEKS NUTRITION TIPS

Need some motivation? Here are my weekly tips!
  1. Say YES to Margarita's but order it like this. Sub grand mariner for triple sec, easy on the simple syrup and extra lime! Don't forget the salt....it's hydrating...
  2. Get into DIFFERENT salads. Try my Spicy Watermelon Feta salad below (yes, watermelon AND spicy). Add a large salad to your meals to help hydrate you during the heat and absorb all those vitamins you're missing!
  3. Need a good dessert? Try Yasso frozen yogurt pops mint chocolate chip. You can buy a large amount of them at Costco for a fraction of the price. At 100kcal a pop, you're in good hands.

Watermelon!

Did you know that watermelon packs a LOT of Vitamin C? That, coupled with its water content makes it a hydrating disease fighter!

Try combining watermelon, spinach, lots of ice and basil and blending a delicious hydrating juice! Need a boost of iron in your body? Did you know that Vitamin C mixed with IRON (from spinach) will help absorb the iron into your body even better??? Try some of my juice and smoothie recipes.
