Ingredients:
1lb ground chuck beef, hormone and antibiotic free
1 1/2 tbsp bread crumbs
1 1/2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1/2 egg
2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tbsp salt
Pepper
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowel. Form about 12 meatballs with you hands and drop them in a pot of simmering sauce so they are just covered.
When forming the balls don’t pack them too tight.
Cook for 5 minutes uncovered on simmer. Stir gently, cover and cook for 35 minutes (still simmering). Uncover cook an additional 5 minutes or until no longer pink in the middle.
