Homemade Cesar Salad Dressing

Because making it by yourself cuts out a lot of preservatives and salt! I usually add parmesan to the dressing but lately I haven't (my bullet unfortunately caved on me after all these years and so i didn't want a gritty texture. I use parmesan in the salad and it makes more sense to me!)
