Energy Ballz
A GREAT snack prior to your workout routine! Have 1 for a quick energy boost or 2 as a complete snack
Ingredients
- 2/3 CUP OATS quick cooking
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup peanut butter can use almond, cashew or even sun butter
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp min chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
Instructions
- Combine peanut butter and honey
- mash banana into peanut butter and honey
- mix in the oats, flaxseed and chips
- using a spoon or melon baller, scoop 1 tbsp of the mixture and make into a ball
- chill for at least 30 minutes. Stays in refrigerator for up to a week or 6 months in the freezer.
