A GREAT snack prior to your workout routine! Have 1 for a quick energy boost or 2 as a complete snack
Servings 10 balls

Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 CUP OATS quick cooking
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter can use almond, cashew or even sun butter
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp min chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed

Instructions
 

  • Combine peanut butter and honey
  • mash banana into peanut butter and honey
  • mix in the oats, flaxseed and chips
  • using a spoon or melon baller, scoop 1 tbsp of the mixture and make into a ball
  • chill for at least 30 minutes. Stays in refrigerator for up to a week or 6 months in the freezer.
