Chocolate Hummus
Great as a spread on bread (think nutella), a dollop in your morning greek yogurt or enjoy as a dip with fruit or graham crackers! WIth 4g of protein and fiber per serving it's both delicious and filing! 🙂
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder if you can find Ghiradelli…..otherwise hershey works perfect
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/8 tsp salt optional, first taste
- Chocolate Chips for decoration
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor (leave out chocolate chips)
- Process until smooth and taste! If it needs a little salt add some, it won't need more sweetener!
