Chocolate Hummus
Great as a spread on bread (think nutella), a dollop in your morning greek yogurt or enjoy as a dip with fruit or graham crackers! WIth 4g of protein and fiber per serving it's both delicious and filing! 🙂
Ingredients
- 1 can low sodium black beans drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder if you can find Ghiradelli…..otherwise hershey works perfect
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 5 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/8 tsp salt optional, first taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor
- Process until smooth and taste! If it needs a little salt add some, it won't need more sweetener!
