Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
400kcal, 15g protein and 10g of fiber. A perfect breakfast after a long fast!
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk almond milk or low fat. can also use water!
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 small apple peeled and chopped
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 1 tsp butter
Instructions
- Add salt, liquid and oats to a microwave safe dish. Cover and cook for 1 1/2 minutes
- in another microwave safe dish add apples and 1/2 cup of water. cover and cook for 2 minutes
- combine the apples and oats once all cooked. mix in the butter, cinnamon, sugar and raisins. serve with a dollop of greek yogurt!
