Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk almond milk or low fat. can also use water!
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 small apple peeled and chopped
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tsp butter

Instructions
 

  • Add salt, liquid and oats to a microwave safe dish. Cover and cook for 1 1/2 minutes
  • in another microwave safe dish add apples and 1/2 cup of water. cover and cook for 2 minutes
  • combine the apples and oats once all cooked. mix in the butter, cinnamon, sugar and raisins. serve with a dollop of greek yogurt!
