These are moist with so much flavor! I freeze them so it's an easy dinner to heat up with some sauce and pasta during the week!
Ingredients
- 1/2 c panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb ground antibiotic and hormone free turkey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400° F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Coat a wire rack with cooking spray.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and use your hands to incorporate it all together. Make sure you don't overdo it then your meatballs won't come out soft and fluffy
- Roll meatballs in the palm of both hands. The meatball should be a little bigger than a golf ball size. Makes around 12
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Add sauce. Enjoy! 🙂
