No Bake Chocolate Chip Cookies
Using dates for sweetener and texture makes this delicious treat sinful YET fibrous 🙂 Have it as a treat or dip it into greek yogurt for a healthy breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dates pitted, chopped
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Sprinkle sea sealt
- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- First add pitted dates to a blender and pulse until little bits remain
- Add flour and vanilla and pulse to combine
- Scoop out 1 tbsp and roll into a ball. Press with your fingers until it resembles a disk shape
- Top with tiny chocolate chips and a sprinkle of sea salt
