Crock Pot Chicken Breast

Because sometimes we don’t have all the time in the world to stand at the stove to sear chicken and then pop it in the oven. This version is definitely very close to the same taste and stays juicy, NOT dry. Just make sure to follow instructions carefully!

Serves 2 or 4 depending on your eating plan!

Ingredients:

2 large chicken breast

1 tbsp butter

1/4c of chicken stock

Seasoning: Paprika, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, herb de provence, kosher salt, black pepper

Directions:

Wash chicken breast and trim any hanging fat

Pat it very dry and add seasonings to both sides of the chicken.

Place 1 tbsp butter, cut into a few pieces and distributed to the bottom of the crock pot. Add the broth.

Place chicken in the crockpot and cook on LOW for THREE hours.
