Crunchy Tahini Granola

I love how the little bit of saltiness in this granola brings out the flavor of my yogurt! Definitely a Good Morning

Ingredients:

1 cup millet (toasted)

1/2 cup pinenuts (toasted)

2 cups oats

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp oil (olive, almond or coconut i used olive)

1 egg white

2 tbsp Tahini (you can use almond or peanut butter)

1/2 tsp kosher salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 300° F line a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and break up some of the clusters. Add back into the oven for another 15 minutes or until the granola gets toasty! Enjoy
