Sweet Potato Carrot Mash
A mix of starchy and non-starchy veggies reduces the calories without sacrificing the flavor!
Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes cut into 1 inch chunks
- 1-2 tbsp light maple syrup
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 c whole milk
Instructions
- Place sweet potatoes in a pot and cover with water. Boil until the potatoes can be pierced with a fork. Place all ingredients into a large bowl. Use an immersion blender to blend until smooth!
