Sweet Potato Carrot Mash

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large sweet potatoes cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 1-2 tbsp light maple syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 c whole milk

Instructions
 

  • Place sweet potatoes in a pot and cover with water. Boil until the potatoes can be pierced with a fork. Place all ingredients into a large bowl. Use an immersion blender to blend until smooth!
