Ingredients
- 1/2 package of lo-mein noodles I like Roland brand, you could also use 2 cups cooked angelhair or spaghetti
- 1 package of salad mix buy a slaw salad kit. I like asian slaw salad that has carrots, brussel sprouts and cabbage. Already shredded and washed!
- 2 celery stalks chopped
- 3 scallions sliced
- Sauce ingredients:
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
Instructions
- In a large wok, heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil on medium high heat. Cook celery and salad mix until slightly tender.
- While that is softening, boil water and cook the lo-mein noodles according to direction.
- Mix the sauces together in a small bowl or mason jar
- Add the noodles to the wok of cooked veggies, stir in sauce and toss well. SERVE

This Lo-Mein Recipe has tons of flavor and very low in calories! I added a lot of vegetables that are crunchy and delicious to make you feel like you’re eating more lo-mein but really? You’re eating your veggies 🙂 (insert dancing girl emoji)
